International Support (English)

You will be the person members talk to. You will answer questions in private, guide beginners step by step and keep the conversation honest and clear.

What you will do

• Answer members in private on Telegram, quickly and in clear English
• Guide new members step by step, from their first question to their first live session
• Explain how the sessions work without promising results
• Cover the live session windows you choose
• Share with the team the questions that come up the most

What we look for

• Fluent written English. Most of our members speak English as a second language, so simple and clear wins
• Patience with people who are unsure or afraid
• Experience in customer support, chat or sales support
• Availability to cover session windows, weekends included if you want
• A computer and a stable connection

Nice to have

• Spanish or Portuguese
• Basic knowledge of trading or the financial markets
