LATAM Support (Spanish)

You will be the person our Spanish speaking members talk to. You will answer questions in private, in Spanish, and guide beginners step by step.

What you will do

• Answer members in private on Telegram, quickly and clearly, in Spanish
• Guide new members step by step, from their first question to their first live session
• Explain how the sessions work without promising results
• Cover the live session windows you choose
• Share with the team the questions that come up the most

What we look for

• Native Spanish, with good writing
• Patience with people who are unsure or afraid
• Experience in customer support, chat or sales support
• Availability to cover session windows, weekends included if you want
• A computer and a stable connection

Nice to have

• English or Portuguese
• Basic knowledge of trading or the financial markets
