You will join our trading desk and lead live sessions, reading the market in real time and sharing each entry with thousands of members.

What you will do

• Lead live sessions in the windows you agree to cover
• Read short timeframe charts and decide each entry in real time
• Explain your reading in simple words, for people who are just starting
• Follow the desk's risk rules and know when to stop a session
• Review sessions with the team and improve the method

What we look for

• Solid experience with technical analysis on short timeframes
• A trading history you can show us
• Discipline with risk, even on a bad day
• Calm and clear communication in English or Spanish
• Availability to cover live session windows on a regular basis

Nice to have

• Experience leading live streams or groups
• Both English and Spanish
